BOB PINCKNEY

CO-FOUNDER

Following graduation from the University of Georgia with a Business Degree in Economics, Pinckney attended the prestigious Harvard Business School earning his MBA.  After Harvard, he returned to Georgia as Director of Development with Portman Properties in Atlanta and San Francisco.  Pinckney went on to a career with Probursa Investment Bank in New York and Mexico City as the President and CEO of their International Broker-Dealer and Private Bank.  Pinckney eventually left Probursa to create and build several global high-technology telecommunications companies with a client base spanning Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the US.  In 2010 Pinckney led a group of investors in providing growth capital to create EvoShield, a leading brand of athletic protective gear and apparel, where he led the growth and development of the company as CEO.  Under Pinckney’s leadership EvoShield was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America.

 

Currently, Pinckney serves as the Director of the Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Georgia.  He is active on several boards including the Soft Goods Education Foundation Board and the Georgia 4-H Foundation Board.
